Modeled after the Ron Clark Academy House System, the LAFO House System ensures every scholar is known, supported, and connected through meaningful relationships with both peers and staff. From day one, students join a multi-grade House — a school family that builds mentorship, leadership, and lasting pride.
Through friendly competition, scholars earn House points by demonstrating character, leadership, respect, and positive choices. Regular House meetings and team-building experiences strengthen relationships and reinforce the values that define our campus culture.
